Facility Manager
A lifelong resident of the Hood Canal region, Rick has been facility manager for the Lilliwaup Hatchery and Hood Canal projects since 1993. Prior to joining LLTK, Rick was a hatchery manager for the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife for more than 15 years. Rick also serves on the board of the Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group.

Joy Lee
Steelhead Fisheries Biologist
Joy has been working on LLTK's Lilliwaup Hatchery and Hood Canal projects since 2001. She attributes her passion for working hands-on with fish and wildlife to her upbringing on her family's working farm near New Haven, Connecticut. Joy holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science from Evergreen State College.
